Great Mark! Agree on we need to win AI and robotics. What you're doing with pharmaceuticals and healthcare is admirable. Fantastic! As a country we do not want to be behind the curve on AI or robotics, however, for years the fear of robots taking over human labor, and jobs, is real. Thousands, maybe millions of jobs will be at risk. Maybe the argument will be, jobs will open up in these industries, and they will be good paying jobs. Maybe. But, there are a whole lot of people out there that may not have those skills, or knowledge to do that work. So, what do we do with those people? Biden’s bipartisan infrastructure bill and the IRA were meant to address this issue, which took time to get rolling. Now Trump is determined to throw a wrench in the spokes, which will kill jobs, no question. You say, fixing roads and bridges are great, but they are not the jobs of the future. Looking forward is not a bad thing, unless too many get left behind in the process. Thanks! Have a nice day!
